This module has been developed to better equip healthcare workers of all types to understand gender and disability, how it impacts people’s access to healthcare, and how healthcare workers can play an important role in improving health outcomes for all.\n\nThis module has been developed based on a package of in-person training which was delivered in collaboration between Interplast and Pacific-based gender and disability organisations across a number of Pacific Island countries. Following the success of this training, the online module has been developed to enable more people to access this training, from anywhere in the world.\n\nThis module should take approximately 40 minutes to complete, and you will receive a completion certificate upon full completion, which can be used for CPD requirements.\n\nThis online module has been developed in partnership with a number of gender and disability focused organisations from across the Pacific Islands, with technical input from women, men, gender and sexually diverse people and people with disabilities. A special thanks to all of those who have supported the development of this important education, in particular, those who have generously shared their own stories.\n\nThank you to The Pacific Community (SPC) for provision of financial support to enable the development of this module.\n\n**Learning Outcomes:**\nThrough completing this module, learners will\n1.
