Where those webinars cover the key changes of the updated Australian Asthma Handbook (Handbook) guidelines, this session is focused on the how, including practical skills, conversations, and decisions that each member of the primary care team can use to translate the updated Handbook guidelines into behaviour change and better patient outcomes.  \n\nThe session follows the patient journey from first point of contact at the pharmacy counter, through a GP consultation, to ongoing management and follow-up. The webinar zooms in on the specific roles of the GP and pharmacist in recognising poor asthma control, joined by a primary care nurse, making the content directly relevant to the whole primary care team.\n\n# Learning Outcomes \n1. Identify patients with poorly controlled asthma at their specific point of care and take appropriate action within their scope of practice. \n2. Apply the 2025 asthma treatment levels for adults and adolescents to initiate or transition patients to anti-inflammatory reliever-only (AIR) or maintenance-and-reliever therapy (MART). \n3.
