Learn how to identify and manage commonly missed presentations of PMDD, mental health, gynaecological, and musculoskeletal conditions, helping your patients receive earlier diagnoses, more targeted treatment, and the right care sooner.\n\nThis activity is approved by the RACGP for the following CPD hours\nEA: 2.5\nRP: 3\nMO: 5\n\n# Learning Outcomes\nAt the end of this CPD activity, GP participants will be able to:  \n1. Describe evidence-based primary care strategies for the assessment and management of Premenstrual Syndromes including Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), including lifestyle, pharmacological and multidisciplinary treatment options.\n2. Analyse the hormonal and metabolic mechanisms underlying Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) and assess evidence-based integrative approaches, including nutrition, diet, and lifestyle interventions, for effective condition management.\n3. Identify and screen women at increased risk of osteoporotic fractures and utilise and risk management support tools where appropriate.\n4.
