This activity will cover the cardiovascular consequences of obesity, the challenges it presents in cardiovascular assessment and diagnostic investigations, and strategies for lifestyle and pharmacological weight management. An overview of emerging anti-obesity therapies and their cardiovascular benefits will support evidence-based clinical decision making.\n\nThis activity is approved by the RACGP for the following CPD hours\nEA: 1\nRP: 1\n\n# Learning Outcomes\nAt the end of this CPD activity, GP participants will be able to:  \n1. Describe cardiovascular risk factors and clinical manifestations associated with obesity, and the specific challenges they present for imaging and diagnostic modalities.\n2. Implement evidence-based strategies for the assessment and management of obesity related cardiovascular diseases.\n3.
