The University of Melbourne

The Community Fracture Capture (CFC) Learning Hub is an initiative of the University of Melboune designed to enhance GPs’ knowledge and expertise in the assessment and management of bone health issues, particularly in patients at risk of osteoporosis and fragility fractures. Areas covered in the activity include osteoporosis investigation, treatment, monitoring, and management of difficult-to-manage cases. Participants will be able to engage and learn from interactive discussions of case studies and hot topics moderated by experienced specialist and GP facilitators.

The overall aim of our activity is to enable GP participants to assess and manage patients at risk of osteoporosis and fragility fractures.
