Expert Care for Knee and Shoulder Conditions

This educational video with two orthopaedic surgeons discusses examination, diagnosis and management of shoulder and knee conditions with Dr Catherine O’Neill, GP and expert facilitator. Case-based discussions include signs and symptoms of fractures and joint pain. Healthcare Professionals will be able to form a diagnosis, know when to refer and how to best direct radiologists for imaging.

Learning Outcomes

1. Utilise a systematic, structured approach to the assessment of shoulder and knee conditions.
2. Request specialist tests and investigations including directions for Radiologists to ensure most accurate imaging.
3. Develop a management plan based on all findings including history, examination and investigations.
