
Proper wound care is essential to preventing infections and other complications that may result from an underlying injury. It is also important to speed up the healing process with less scarring.
This course has been designed to support nurses and other healthcare workers who are involved in wound care to better understand the physiology of wound healing, how to properly assess wounds, and how to manage the healing of lower leg and trauma wounds.
