About

The Leading Change module is designed to empower learners with the skills and expertise needed to effectively navigate changes in the workplace. It caters not only to team managers but also to individuals in healthcare settings who often encounter new challenges and unfamiliar situations. As a healthcare professional, knowing the steps and strategies to deal with change is essential because you play a pivotal role in assisting others in coping with and adapting to change. The course will take participants approximately 40 minutes to complete. You may start and return to the course at any time.

This module has been developed in partnership with St Vincents Health Australia, by modifying their "Frontline Management – Leading Change" module into an online training module, accessible for clinicians and health administrators from across the Asia Pacific Region.

If you enjoyed this module and wish to complete a complimentary module continue your learning with the module titled Managing Difficult Conversations
