Pathology-led Education – National Cervical Audit

The National Cervical Audit is open to all clinicians who refer cytology to one of our national participating laboratories. The National Cervical Audit is the perfect audit for self-reflection, enabling you to target areas in your practise for refinement and continued improvement of your surveillance to your patients. Participants can earn up to 30 CPD hours.

Learning Outcomes
At the completion of this CPD activity, participants will be able to:

1. Assess HPV risk profiles and screening results to support guideline aligned cervical screening care.
2. Identify patients requiring recall or follow up to strengthen screening participation and continuity of care.
3. Use audit insights and benchmarking to improve screening quality and adherence to national guidelines.
