Pathology-led Education - National Surgical Skin Audit

The National Surgical Skin Audit has been created for doctors who have an interest in skin and refer skin pathology to our national participating laboratories. The audit aims to improve and advance your clinical skills, assess and enhance your provisional diagnostic accuracy compared to histological findings. Eligible participants can earn up to 30 CPD hours.

Learning Outcomes
At the completion of this CPD activity, participants will be able to:

1. Review provisional clinical diagnoses against histological findings to assess diagnostic accuracy.
2. Evaluate surgical margin clearance data to identify opportunities for improvement in skin cancer management.
3. Use audit reporting and benchmarking to support reflective learning and quality improvement in practice.
