About

An interactive panel discussion exploring the current recommendations and key themes for paediatric asthma following the launch of the Australian Asthma Handbook guidelines in 2025.

Since the updated Handbook was released, the National Asthma Council Australia has been supporting health professionals to implement the new paediatric guidance in everyday practice.

This highly interactive webinar focuses on asthma in children aged 1–5 and 6–11 years, highlighting age‑specific diagnostic challenges and management considerations. Australia’s paediatric asthma experts unpack the new recommendations through real patient scenarios, helping you confidently apply the guidelines in primary care for children and their families.

Ideal for GPs, nurses and pharmacists, this session will build your confidence in diagnosing and managing childhood asthma and communicating management changes with parents and caregivers.
