Splinting of the Hand

In this video Physiotherapist Brodwen McBain provides an instructional demonstration of splinting of the hand using thermoplastic.

1. Understand the equipment needed for splinting of the hand
2. Understand how to prepare the plastic for a hand splint
3. Understand how to mould the plastic
4. Have the knowledge to secure the splint.
