This presentation is designed to familiarise participants with basic functional anatomy of the wrist including how it moves and works – essentially, the biomechanics.

This video will also cover the role of radiology, providing a basic understanding of plain X-rays and the rationale of using other imaging in wrist surgery. The video aims to understand the functional anatomy of the wrist, the basic biomechanics of the wrist, and imaging options for investigation of the wrist.
